The Neosho Wildcats baseball squad (Neosho, MO), was overwhelmed 9-1 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Kickapoo Chiefs (Springfield, MO)
With the triumph, Kickapoo moves its record to 7-5 on the season. The Chiefs host Hillcrest (Springfield, MO) to confront the Hornets in a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 15. The Hornets come into the contest with a record of 1-0.
The Wildcats now possess a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ozark for a Class 6 District 6 contest on Thursday, April 16. Neosho will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Joplin (Joplin, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 10-5.
