The Spring Lions (Spring, TX) baseball trounced the host Nimitz Cougars (Houston, TX), 8-2 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Lions now own a 13-14 record. They take the field next when they host Nimitz for a 6A Region II District 14 challenge on Friday, April 17. Spring will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 8-2 league loss to Spring (Spring, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 6-16.
