South Carolina High School Softball - Mountain View Prep bounces Union County

In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Mountain View Prep Stars softball team scored a tight 4-0 win over the Union County Yellowjackets.

The Stars (10-5) will now prepare for their match against Palmetto (Williamston, SC). The Mustangs come into the non-league match with a 16-6 record. In their last match, Palmetto nipped Carolina Academy (Greenville, SC), 15-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets confront the Chesnee Eagles (Chesnee, SC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 15. Union County will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 10-6 record after their 6-5 non-league loss to Broome (Spartanburg, SC).
