The Memphis University Owls baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Bartlett Panthers to 2 in the Owls non-league victory on Friday.
The Owls (7-11) will now prepare for their match against Germantown (Germantown, TN). The Red Devils go into the non-league match with a 4-8 record. In their last match, Germantown was overwhelmed by First Assembly Christian (Cordova, TN), 17-0, in a non-league match.
The Panthers (9-9) will now prepare for their match against DeSoto Central (Southaven, MS). The Jaguars go into the non-league match with a 15-8 record. In their last match, DeSoto Central was overwhelmed by Lewisburg (Olive Branch, MS), 10-8, in a league match.
