Georgia High School Baseball - Screven County can't hold off McIntosh County Academy

The McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Screven County Gamecocks to 4 in the Buccaneers league victory on Friday.

The Buccaneers (13-12) will now prepare for their match against Bryan County (Pembroke, GA). The Redskins go into the A Public Region 3 match with a 14-7 record. In their last match, Bryan County tipped Portal (Portal, GA), 3-2, in a league match.

The Gamecocks (6-16) will now prepare for their match against Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league match with a 13-8 record. In their last match, Southeast Bulloch tipped Liberty County (Hinesville, GA), 8-0, in a league match.
