The Mountain Ridge Sentinels triumphed over the visiting Riverton Silverwolves lacrosse team by a score of 18-9 in Friday's league match.
With the win, Mountain Ridge upgrades its record to 9-2 on the season. The Sentinels travel to Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT) to play the Grizzlies in a 6A Region 3 match on Tuesday, April 26. The Grizzlies go into the match with a record of 0-9. Copper Hills lost 22-5 in their recent league match against Bingham (South Jordan, UT)
With the defeat, Riverton drops to 5-6 on the season. The Silverwolves host West (Salt Lake City, UT) to play the Panthers in a 6A Region 3 match on Tuesday, April 26. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 0-6.
