Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), 14-5 in a league test.

With the win, Western Alamance upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Warriors travel to Southwest Guilford (High Point, NC) to battle the Cowboys in a non-league test on Saturday, April 16. The Cowboys come into the test with a record of 10-6. Southwest Guilford won 12-0 in their recent non-league test against Grimsley (Greensboro, NC)

With the defeat, Cedar Ridge falls to 3-3 on the season. The Fighting red wolves host Orange (Hillsborough, NC) to battle the Panthers in a test on Tuesday, April 19. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 8-2. Orange won 7-2 in their recent non-league test against Person (Roxboro, NC)
