The Darrington Loggers routed the host Muckleshoot Tribal Kings softball squad by a count of 17-3 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Loggers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Orcas Island (Eastsound, WA). The Vikings go into the non-league battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Orcas Island was routed by Friday Harbor (Friday Harbor, WA), 20-7, in a league battle.

The Kings now sport a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to LaConner for a non-league battle on Monday, April 18. Muckleshoot Tribal will meet a Braves squad coming off a 21-1 league loss to Coupeville (Coupeville, WA). The Braves record now stands at 1-5.
