Kentucky High School Baseball - McLean County loses to Ohio County

The McLean County Cougars baseball team (Calhoun, KY), was overwhelmed 6-1 in Saturday's league outing with the visiting Ohio County Eagles (Hartford, KY)

The Eagles now hold a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Hancock County for a non-league test on Monday, April 17. Ohio County will battle a Hornets squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Butler County (Morgantown, KY). The Hornets record now stands at 8-4.

With the defeat, McLean County falls to 6-8 on the season. The Cougars travel to Union County (Morganfield, KY) to battle the Braves in a non-league test on Monday, April 17. The Braves come into the test with a record of 6-8. Union County lost 7-6 in their recent non-league test against Hardin County (Elizabethtown, IL)
