The Ruidoso Warriors baseball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Tucumcari Rattlers to 0 in the Warriors league victory on Saturday.
The Warriors (8-7) will now prepare for their match against East Mountain (Sandia Park, NM). The Timberwolves go into the 3A District 4/5 match with a 12-6 record. In their last match, East Mountain ran past Dexter (Dexter, NM), 24-3, in a league match.
The Rattlers (4-13) will now prepare for their match against Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM). The Sundevils go into the 3A District 4/5 match with a 10-6 record. In their last match, Sandia Prep ran past New Mexico Military Institute (Roswell, NM), 8-7, in a league match.
