In Saturday's league game, the host Monrovia Wildcats baseball team scored a tight 8-1 victory over the Temple City Rams.
The Wildcats (8-3) will now prepare for their game against South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA). The Tigers go into the game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, South Pasadena tipped Burroughs (Burbank, CA), 11-7, in a non-league game.
The Rams (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Alhambra (Alhambra, CA). The Moors go into the non-league game with a 0-5 record.
