In Saturday's league battle, the visiting Bloomington Central Catholic Saints soccer squad scored a good 9-0 win over the Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts.
The Saints (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Pleasant Plains/New Berlin (Pleasant Plains, IL). The Cardinals go into the non-league battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Pleasant Plains/New Berlin notched a victory over Auburn (Auburn, IL), 8-0, in a league battle.
