In Saturday's non-league game, the host Los Lunas Tigers baseball team scored a tight 6-1 victory over the Capital Jaguars.
The Tigers (18-11) will now prepare for their game against Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM). The Rams go into the non-league game with a 14-4 record. In their last game, Rio Rancho was overwhelmed by Cibola (Albuquerque, NM), 12-11, in a non-league game.
The Jaguars (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Hilltoppers go into the non-league game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Los Alamos tipped Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM), 10-2, in a non-league game.
