Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Calvert Senecas (Tiffin, OH) and the visiting South Central Trojans (Greenwich, OH), witnessed Calvert's softball squad tip South Central by a count of 11-4.

The Senecas now sport a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lakota for a Sandusky Bay - River match on Monday, April 17. Calvert will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Van Buren (Van Buren, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 2-7.

With the loss, South Central moves to 4-4 on the season. The Trojans travel to Crestview (Ashland, OH) to meet the Cougars in a Firelands match on Monday, April 17. The Cougars go into the match with a record of 5-3. Crestview lost 13-1 in their recent non-league match against Northwestern (West Salem, OH)
