Ontario Tigers (Ontario, OR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Marsing Huskies (Marsing, ID), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Baker/Powder Valley for a 4A Greater Oregon challenge on Friday, April 21.

With the loss, Marsing falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Huskies host Vision (Caldwell, ID) to battle the in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 17. The enter the challenge with a record of 7-0. Vision won 19-5 in their recent league challenge against Wilder (Wilder, ID)
