Connecticut High School Baseball - Kent School loses to Taft School

The Taft School Big Red baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Kent School Lions to 2 in the Big Red league victory on Monday.

The Big Red (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Loomis Chaffee School (Windsor, CT). The Pelicans go into the Founders match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Loomis Chaffee School edged Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT), 3-0, in a league match.

The Lions (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Kingswood Oxford (West Hartford, CT). The Wyverns go into the Founders match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Kingswood Oxford was overwhelmed by Choate Rosemary Hall School (Wallingford, CT), 6-3, in a league match.
