In Monday's league game, the visiting Lafayette Commodores baseball team scored a nice 13-4 victory over the West Point Green Wave.
The Commodores (23-6) will now prepare for their game against Tupelo (Tupelo, MS). The Golden Wave go into the non-league game with a 15-8 record. In their last game, Tupelo was overwhelmed by Starkville (Starkville, MS), 5-1, in a league game.
