The St. Francis Mariners crushed the host St. Anthony Trojans baseball team by a count of 18-4 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Mariners now possess a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Country Lutheran for a Midwest Classic bout on Tuesday, April 16. St. Francis will face a Lightning team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Waukesha West (Waukesha, WI). The Lightning record now stands at 5-1.
Next, the Trojans face the Augustine Prep Lions (Milwaukee, WI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 17. St. Anthony will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 10-2 non-league win over Milwaukee Hamilton (Milwaukee, WI).
