Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL), 10-9 in a non-league battle.

The Redwings now have a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they host Saint Viator for a East Suburban Catholic battle on Tuesday, April 16. Benet Academy will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 21-9 non-league win over St. Francis (Wheaton, IL). The Lions record now stands at 2-3.

In their next game, the Scouts clash with the Libertyville Wildcats (Libertyville, IL) in a North Suburban battle, on Wednesday, April 17. Lake Forest will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 0-8 record after their 19-1 non-league loss to Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL).
