The William Monroe Dragons (Stanardsville, VA) softball routed the host Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA), 15-7 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Dragons (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Rockbridge County was routed by Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA), 17-1, in a non-league bout.
The Blue Streaks now possess a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Broadway for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 16. Harrisonburg will confront a Gobblers squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over East Rockingham (Elkton, VA). The Gobblers record now stands at 5-2.
