Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Rappahannock County (Washington, VA), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host East Rockingham for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Page County will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Broadway (Broadway, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Rappahannock County falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The travel to Mountain View (Quicksburg, VA) to battle the Generals in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 18. The Generals enter the challenge with a record of 0-4. Mountain View lost 12-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Clarke County (Berryville, VA)
