The Seaholm Maples lacrosse team scored 12 points and held the visiting Lake Shore Shorians to 5 in the Maples non-league win on Monday.

The Maples (5-3) will now prepare for their game against South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 5-0 record.

The Shorians (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Chippewa Valley (Clinton Township, MI). The Big Reds go into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Chippewa Valley nudged Cass Tech (Detroit, MI), 9-8, in a non-league game.
