The Golden Bears now hold a 15-8 record. They play next when they travel to Springville for a 5A Area 6 test on Thursday, April 18. Lincoln will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Southside (Gadsden, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Clay-Chalkville drops to 1-11 on the season. The Cougars host St. Clair County (Odenville, AL) to meet the Fighting Saints in a non-league test on Monday, April 22. The Fighting Saints come into the test with a record of 2-17.
