The Bartlett Hawks routed the host Aurora East Tomcats softball squad by a count of 16-0 in Monday's league battle.

The Hawks (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Streamwood (Streamwood, IL). The Sabres go into the Upstate Eight battle with a 0-5 record. In their last bout, Streamwood was routed by Elgin (Elgin, IL), 20-3, in a league bout.

The Tomcats now possess a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Glenbard South for a Upstate Eight bout on Tuesday, April 16. Aurora East will confront a Raiders squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Larkin (Elgin, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 3-7.
