The Badger Badgers nipped the visiting Beloit Memorial Purple Knights softball squad by a final score of 4-3 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Badgers (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against East Troy (East Troy, WI). The Trojans go into the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, East Troy held off Evansville (Evansville, WI), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
The Purple Knights now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Badger for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 18.
