The Bloom Blazing Trojan softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Thornridge Falcons to 2 in the Blazing Trojan league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Bloom improves its record to 9-3 on the year. The Blazing Trojan travel to Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 16. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 4-8. Marian Catholic won 11-6 in their recent league game against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL)
