The Buffalo Grove Bison softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Wheeling Wildcats to 1 in the Bison league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Buffalo Grove improves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL) to encounter the Knights in a Mid-Suburban East test on Wednesday, April 17. The Knights enter the test with a record of 6-5. Prospect won 3-2 in their recent league test against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL)

The Wildcats (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL). The Grenadiers enter the Mid-Suburban East test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Elk Grove was routed by Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL), 9-8, in a league test.
