The Colonia Patriots softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Woodbridge Barrons to 12 in the Patriots league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Colonia improves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Patriots host Franklin (Somerset, NJ) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league game on Monday, April 15. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 3-2. Franklin won 15-0 in their recent non-league game against Manville (Manville, NJ)

In their next game, the Barrons clash with the Sayreville Bombers (Parlin, NJ) in a GMC - White game, on Tuesday, April 16. Woodbridge will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Bombers come into the game with a 4-1 record after their 10-1 league win over Colonia (Colonia, NJ).
