Heritage Christian Academy Warriors (Hopkinsville, KY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Dawson Springs Panthers (Dawson Springs, KY), 18-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Fort Campbell for a District 8 challenge on Thursday, April 18. Heritage Christian Academy will face a Falcons squad coming off a 17-0 non-league win over Kenwood (Clarksville, TN). The Falcons record now stands at 5-7.

With the loss, Dawson Springs falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Hopkins County Central (Madisonville, KY) to face the Storm in a District 7 match on Thursday, April 18. The Storm enter the match with a record of 8-17. Hopkins County Central lost 13-2 in their recent non-league match against Trigg County (Cadiz, KY)
