Ohio High School Softball - Ross holds off Edgewood

Ross Rams (Hamilton, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Edgewood Cougars (Trenton, OH), 5-3 in a league challenge.

The Rams now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Colerain for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16.

With the loss, Edgewood falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Cougars host Bellbrook (Bellbrook, OH) to battle the Golden Eagles in a Southwestern Buckeye - Southwestern challenge on Tuesday, April 16. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 2-5. Bellbrook won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Franklin Monroe (Pitsburg, OH)
