Ohio High School Softball - Springfield tipped by Field

The Field Falcons softball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Springfield Spartans to 2 in the Falcons league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Field moves its record to 7-0 on the year. The Falcons travel to Cloverleaf (Lodi, OH) to clash with the Colts in a Metro Athletic Conference game on Tuesday, April 16. The Colts come into the game with a record of 3-2. Cloverleaf won 13-3 in their recent league game against Ravenna (Ravenna, OH)

In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Coventry Comets (Akron, OH) in a Metro Athletic Conference game, on Tuesday, April 16. Springfield will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Comets come into the game with a 3-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Woodridge (Peninsula, OH).
