Lakeview Sailors (Stoneboro, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Reynolds Raiders (Greenville, PA), 11-6 in a league challenge.

The Sailors now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wilmington for a District 10 Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Lakeview will battle a Greyhounds squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to West Middlesex (West Middlesex, PA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 2-1.

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the West Middlesex Big Reds (West Middlesex, PA) in a District 10 Region 1 game, on Tuesday, April 16. Reynolds will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Big Reds come into the game with a 1-1 record after their 3-2 league win over Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA).
