The Logan Elm Braves got by the host Liberty Union Lions softball squad by a count of 4-3 in Monday's league battle.
The Braves (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Circleville (Circleville, OH). The Tigers go into the Mid-State - Buckeye battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Circleville nudged Fairfield Union (Lancaster, OH), 15-4, in a league battle.
The Lions now sport a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Circleville for a Mid-State - Buckeye battle on Wednesday, April 17. Liberty Union will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Logan Elm (Circleville, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 6-4.
