Illinois High School Softball - St. Laurence edged by Loyola Academy

The St. Laurence Vikings softball team (Burbank, IL), was tipped 4-3 in Monday's league test with the host Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL)
Coming up next, the Ramblers encounter the Montini Catholic Broncos (Lombard, IL) in a GCAC- Red test, on Tuesday, April 16. Loyola Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Broncos enter the test with a 6-11 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL).
The Vikings (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Fenwick (Oak Park, IL). The Friars enter the GCAC- Red test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Fenwick was tipped by Benet Academy (Lisle, IL), 9-1, in a non-league test.
