Morris Knolls Golden Eagles (Rockaway, NJ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Montville Mustangs (Montville, NJ), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Jefferson Township for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16.

With the loss, Montville falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ) to face the Gaels in a NJAC - American challenge on Tuesday, April 16. The Gaels enter the challenge with a record of 2-1.
