The Shirley Blue Devils (Shirley, AR) softball routed the host Norfork Panthers (Norfork, AR), 9-0 in Monday's league bout.
The Blue Devils (11-4) will now prepare for their bout against West Side (Greers Ferry, AR). The Eagles go into the 1A Region 2 bout with a 9-7 record. In their last bout, West Side was routed by Viola (Viola, AR), 11-1, in a league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 3-11 record. They play next when they host West Side for a 1A Region 2 bout on Friday, April 19. Norfork will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Shirley (Shirley, AR). The Eagles record now stands at 9-8.
