The Ilwaco Fishermen baseball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Chief Leschi Warriors to 0 in the Fishermen league win on Tuesday.

The Fishermen now hold a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ocosta for a 2B Pacific test on Saturday, April 19. Ilwaco will play a Wildcats team coming off a 14-1 non-league loss to Naselle (Naselle, WA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-5.

With the defeat, Chief Leschi drops to 1-7 on the year. The Warriors host North Beach (Ocean Shores, WA) to play the Hyaks in a 2B Pacific test on Friday, April 18. The Hyaks go into the test with a record of 1-7. North Beach lost 22-3 in their recent league test against Forks (Forks, WA)
