The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Melvindale Cardinals (Melvindale, MI) and the host Glenn Rockets (Westland, MI), saw Melvindale's baseball team beat Glenn by a margin of 11-6.

The Cardinals (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Annapolis (Dearborn Heights, MI). The Cougars enter the Western Wayne battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Annapolis was overwhelmed by Melvindale (Melvindale, MI), 12-6, in a league battle.

Next, the Rockets face the Seaholm Maples (Birmingham, MI) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 16. Glenn will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Maples enter the battle with a 4-1 record after their 15-1 non-league win over Ferndale (Ferndale, MI).
