In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Pittston Patriots baseball team scored a nice 17-0 win over the Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans.

The Patriots (10-0) will now prepare for their game against Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA). The Spartans go into the Wyoming Valley 1 game with a 6-5 record. In their last game, Wyoming Valley West was overwhelmed by Wilkes-Barre (Wilkes-Barre, PA), 4-1, in a league game.

Next, the Trojans play the Dallas Mountaineers (Dallas, PA) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 21. Greater Nanticoke Area will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record.
