The Jasper Pirates (Jasper, AR) baseball trounced the host Lead Hill Tigers (Lead Hill, AR), 19-6 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Pirates now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hector for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21.
With the defeat, Lead Hill drops to 8-7 on the year. The Tigers travel to Norfork (Norfork, AR) to clash with the Panthers in a 1A Region 2 challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 18-4.
