The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Kennewick Lions (Kennewick, WA) and the host Southridge Suns (Kennewick, WA), saw Kennewick's baseball team gain a win over Southridge by a tally of 17-7.

The Lions (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Kamiakin (Kennewick, WA). The Braves enter the 3A/4A Mid-Columbia battle with a 11-1 record. In their last battle, Kamiakin prevailed over Walla Walla (Walla Walla, WA), 5-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Suns face the Pasco Bulldogs (Pasco, WA) in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia battle, on Friday, April 18. Southridge will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 3-9 record after their 7-1 league loss to Richland (Richland, WA).
