Utah High School Baseball - Orem wallops Springville

The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Orem Tigers (Orem, UT) and the visiting Springville Red Devils (Springville, UT), saw Orem's baseball team gain a win over Springville by a tally of 19-4.

The Tigers (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT). The Golden Eagles enter the 5A Region 7 battle with a 14-1 record. In their last battle, Maple Mountain prevailed over Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT), 13-4, in a league battle.

Next, the Red Devils face the Cedar Valley Aviators (Eagle Mountain, UT) in a 5A Region 7 battle, on Thursday, April 17. Springville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Aviators enter the battle with a 6-8 record after their 13-4 league loss to Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT).
