The Pottsville Crimson Tide baseball squad (Pottsville, PA), was edged 7-6 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Tri-Valley Bulldogs (Hegins, PA)

With the triumph, Tri-Valley moves its record to 10-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA) to confront the Spartans in a Schuylkill County 1 contest on Thursday, April 17. The Spartans come into the contest with a record of 3-5. North Schuylkill won 4-2 in their recent non-league contest against South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA)

The Crimson Tide now possess a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tamaqua for a Schuylkill County 1 contest on Thursday, April 17. Pottsville will confront a Blue Raiders squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Panther Valley (Lansford, PA). The Blue Raiders record now stands at 11-1.
