The Winthrop College Prep Academy Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Carrollwood Day Patriots to 1 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now have a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Universal Academy for a 1A D2 outing on Friday, April 18.
