In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Quartz Hill Royals volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Eastside Lions.

The Royals (16-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Knight (Palmdale, CA). The Hawks come into the Golden challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Knight edged Palmdale (Palmdale, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Highland Bulldogs (Palmdale, CA) in a Golden challenge, on Wednesday, April 16. Eastside will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 3-1 league win over Littlerock (Littlerock, CA).
