The Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA) baseball trounced the visiting Indio Rajahs (Indio, CA), 18-2 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Aztecs now own a 9-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Quinta for a challenge on Wednesday, April 16. Palm Desert will clash with a Blackhawks team coming off a 13-1 non-league loss to Aquinas (San Bernardino, CA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 4-5.
With the defeat, Indio drops to 0-7 on the year. The Rajahs host Rancho Mirage (Rancho Mirage, CA) to clash with the Rattlers in a challenge on Thursday, May 1. The Rattlers go into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
