In Tuesday's league outing, the host Stuarts Draft Cougars soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Fort Defiance Indians.

The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Alleghany (Covington, VA). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 0-7 record. In their last outing, Alleghany by Patrick County (Stuart, VA), 7-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Indians confront the Wilson Memorial Green Hornets (Fishersville, VA) in a Shenandoah outing, on Thursday, April 17. Fort Defiance will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Green Hornets go into the outing with a 5-0 record after their 8-0 league win over Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA).
