North Carolina High School Baseball - North Stanly sneaks past Mount Pleasant

In Tuesday's non-league game, the host North Stanly Comets baseball team scored a close 10-9 victory over the Mount Pleasant Tigers.

The Comets (9-4) will now prepare for their game against Carson (China Grove, NC). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, Carson held off Robinson (Concord, NC), 8-5, in a non-league game.

Next, the Tigers face the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 16. Mount Pleasant will attempt to improve on its 10-2 season record.
