Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the WF West Bearcats (Chehalis, WA) and the host Black Hills Wolves (Tumwater, WA), saw WF West's soccer squad hold off Black Hills by a count of 2-1.

The Bearcats (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Tumwater (Tumwater, WA). The Thunderbirds enter the 2A Evergreen battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Tumwater was edged by Aberdeen (Aberdeen, WA), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Wolves battle the Shelton Highclimbers (Shelton, WA) in a 2A Evergreen battle, on Friday, April 18. Black Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Highclimbers enter the battle with a 2-5 record after their 2-0 league loss to Centralia (Centralia, WA).
