The Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers the host Chapman Panthers softball squad by a count of 9-7 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Fighting Tigers meet the Seneca Bobcats (Seneca, SC) in a AAAA Region 2 challenge, on Thursday, April 17. Blue Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 10-9 league win over Daniel (Central, SC).

The Panthers (6-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain View Prep (Spartanburg, SC). The Stars go into the challenge with a 6-10 record. In their last challenge, Mountain View Prep by Union County (Union, SC), 4-0, in a league challenge.
